Sarthak Welfare Society is a dedicated non-profit organization committed to bringing dignity, opportunity, and hope to the lives of underprivileged individuals. Established in 2001, Sarthak has been working tirelessly for over 24 years with the vision of building a compassionate and inclusive society.
We operate at the grassroots level to create long-lasting change in the fields of education, healthcare, women empowerment, and livelihood development. Our community-centric model ensures sustainable development and real impact where it matters most.
Operating across 6 states and reaching over 2500 villages, our initiatives have transformed the lives of more than 5 lakh+ beneficiaries. Through consistent efforts and a deep understanding of rural challenges, we strive to uplift marginalized populations and ensure that every individual has access to the tools and opportunities they need to lead a life of dignity and purpose.

Need-based approach: Sarthak Welfare Society conducts extensive baseline studies to understand the issues on project location and create an implementation framework in accordance with the thematic areas of the implementing partners. Domain experts and professionals make the backbone of every project.
Project monitoring: Sarthak Welfare Society highly prioritizes the Project Monitoring process. The impact analysis of every project is the ultimate parameter to understand the success of any project.
Role of Technology: Sarthak Welfare Society believes in the boon of technology. All the monitoring processes are digitally analysed through a software specially designed for the purpose. This makes the process simpler for the field teams and ensures a flow of accurate data to the clients. Sarthak Welfare Society ensures the empowerment of the beneficiaries through the monitoring & assessment process.
